Returns & Refund Policy

Under Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 calendar days from the date the package is delivered to exercise their right to withdraw without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us before the 14-day period expires via an unequivocal statement by email to [email protected].

Pursuant to Article L. 221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

To be eligible for a full return and refund, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all tamper-evident safety seals intact and undamaged.

1. Send an email to [email protected] stating your order number and request to return.
2. Our customer support will supply you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and detailed packing instructions.
3. Safely package the items and send them via a tracked courier service to our return facility. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective.

Once the returned package is received and inspected at our Montargis facility, we will send an email confirmation of receipt and approval.

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days of product inspection. Depending on your financial institution, funds typically reflect in your account within 3 to 5 banking days thereafter.

In the rare case that you receive a defective bottle, an broken tamper seal upon arrival, or the wrong item, Dusk till Dawn productions covers 100% of return shipping and immediately issues a replacement or complete refund.
